HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS?
-All shipping & handling costs are calculated by weight and size of outgoing package.  All items are shipped through either UPS (Ground) or USPS (Express or Priority).  All shipping options will be shown at the time of checkout.

-Shipping & handling fees for purchases over $65 are FREE through USPS Priority services ONLY.  (Under 5 Lbs and excluding all applicable taxes and discounts.)

-All "In stock" items are shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase.

-All "backordered" items may take up to an extra 7-10 days to be shipped out.  A notice will be sent to the customer.

-All items can take up to an extra 5 days after purchased to be delivered, depending on the final destination.

-All purchases made on Fridays (after 4:00pm CST), Saturdays,  and Sundays, will be shipped out on the following Monday.  (For all "In stock" items.)


I TRIED TO MAKE AND PURCHASE, IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH, BUT IT'S SHOWING UP ON MY ONLINE STATEMENT AS BEING A "CHARGE."

This is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company.  We have contacted your bank/credit card company.  They will remove the hold in 3-5 business days..  You order will not be captured, charged, or processed.


DOES BEAUTYRESERVE.COM SHIP OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.?
-Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is now available!  Shipping and handling costs will be shown at the time of check out.  

-However, no shipments to Alaska or Hawaii qualify for our free shipping promotion stated above.  Shipping to military installations and internationally are currently not available at  this time.

 
WHAT IS BEAUTYRESERVE.COM's RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
-All purchases on wigs, half wigs, ponytails and sale items are FINAL.

-For all other items, please email returns@beautyreserve.com with the customer's name, address and original Iinvoice number.  A return form will be emailed which must be filled out and sent along with the item.  The customer must pay for all shipping costs back to BeautyReserve.com and will not be reimbursed these costs along with initial shipping costs.  All returns must be made within 2 weeks after confirmation of delivery.  All products must be returned in re-sellable condition, meaning that tags and packaging must be in original form  or the item will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyers expense.

-For all returns, the customer will only be credited for the original amount of the product, minus a 10% restocking fee.  No previous shipping costs will be credited back.

-However, we do understand that some mistakes can happen.  If, we here at BeautyReserve.com mistakenly pack and ship the customer the wrong item, please email error@beautyreserve.com  with the customer's name and invoice number, and we will take the necessary actions to return the item and get the correct item back to the customer.

-BeautyReserve.com strives to be a global leader in offering the best products, but from time to time, defects do occur.  All defective products will need to be dealt directly with the- manufacturer.  Please contact us at service@beautyreserve.com for the manufacturers' contact info.
